This means that they can have audiobook players, a collection of audiobooks and Braille books at their libraries to demonstrate to patrons. Public Libraries can have deposit accounts with TBBC.To increase the visibility of the services of the New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center (TBBC) in our communities, we partner with fellow public libraries in several ways: We know that the caregivers, loved ones and neighbors of those who use our services visit public libraries throughout the State.
